How should Christians interact with the LGBTQIA+ community?

The church historically has not been very good with how they interact with people who are "not up to their standards", this includes people from the LGBTQIA+ community.  We talk in this episode about how people from the church should lovingly interact with people who are in this community - with the realization that in the past we have failed.  We go through some scenarios to hear how two guys from the younger generation (22-25) react with each of the scenarios.
From the conservative christian perspective, what are the ways a person who identifies as gay can live a holy life?  Can they still serve in the church?  How about interpersonal friendships?  What happens when they need help?  What happens when......you get the picture.
This is a more serious episode - we still try to have fun - but this is not a funny matter.  If you disagree - interact with the show - be respectful above all else but let us know why you may not agree with us.
